Members are expected to appropriately sign up for calendar events to help event coordinators plan for attendance numbers. ( No later than 1 hour Prior to events )
If members are unsure if they are going to make it, setting their status to MAYBE is appropriate so we can plan on flexible attendance however, members should not constantly set their status to maybe and make a courteous effort to set their status appropriately. If members are not setting their status and just showing up constantly. Action may be taken to ensure the quality of operations is not affected by members poor attendance notification.
Members should comment on the event if they signed up and had a real life situations come up to where they are no longer able to attend.
Member No Shows
Members who sign up and are No-Shows without notification to the appropriate leadership may be recorded for future reference.
