This policy lists process and procedures related to the protocol and resolution related to the Vote of No Confidence. This document will help guide the expectations and necessary steps to resolve a Vote of No Confidence.
The vote of no confidence should only be used during an obvious and egregious dereliction or mishandling of duty on the part of the recipient of the vote and after a grievance has been filed against the recipient to no resolution. This is not to be taken lightly, this is not a joke, a meme, or other such tomfoolery. This is a serious decision to make that will affect the immediate future of the entire unit. You only call this vote if you mean it and have exhausted all other attempts at resolution.
