Community Roles

These are roles that are (usually) voted on at the Community Round Table or assigned, have responsibilities beyond official operations and help the community function. Not to be confused with operational roles, community roles often have a specific rank tied to them. More information can be found in Battalion Ranks.

Community Roles include:

  • (BCO) Battalion Commanding Officer
    • (LTC) Lieutenant Colonel

  • (BXO) Battalion Executive Officer
    • (MAJ) Major

  • (ACO) Alpha Company Commanding Officer
    • (CPT) Captain

  • (A-2IC) Alpha Company 2nd In Command
    • (1LT) 1st Lieutenant

  • (A-3IC) Alpha Company 3rd In Command
    • (2LT) 2nd Lieutenant

  • (ECO) Echo Company Commanding Officer
    • (CPT) Captain

  • (E-2IC) Echo Company 2nd In Command
    • (1LT) 1st Lieutenant

  • (E-3IC) Echo Company 3rd In Command
    • (2LT) 2nd Lieutenant

  • Echo Company Flight Lead
    • (CWO-5) Chief Warrant Officer 5

  • Disciplinary Sergeant
    • (CSM) Command Sergeant Major

  • Lead Administrator
    • (SGM) Sergeant Major

  • Training Sergeant
    • (1SG) 1st Sergeant

  • Recruitment Manager
    • (MSG) Master Sergeant
