Sherman for Training Sergeant

Not much change from my original agenda as Training SGT :)
Simple goals:

  1. Maintain the Training Server
  2. Continue scheduling trainings; making use of Discord's threads to match trainer with trainee for training details
  3. Continue maintaining training documents as needed and work with their respective SMEs
  4. Handle training requests in a timely fashion
  5. Organize mission maker trainings to get people making stuff

It's been peaceful going so far as Training SGT, happy to keep going.

A point of discussion:

- Removal of 60 day training requirement. Training demand is overall low and holding training requirements feels no longer sustainable.
