Heaven's Fall OPORD 3

Date:

22 June 2026

Time:

0530 Local (Early Morning / Dawn)

Weather:

Light fog with overcast skies. Rain is possible throughout the operation as the rainy season begins across Kujari. Reduced visibility and muddy terrain should be expected.

Situation:

Several days have passed since the successful completion of Operation Breaking the Shield.

The 17th Ranger Battalion, supported by Pentastar Elite forces, achieved a major victory in northern Kujari. German air defense assets around Lawan Aridi were destroyed, and a German artillery position operating in the region was successfully located and neutralized.

These losses have severely degraded Bundeswehr capabilities in the region.

Following these setbacks, German forces have largely withdrawn toward the Northeastern Sector of Kujari, leaving local security operations primarily in the hands of the Kujari Defense Force and United Nations Peacekeeping contingents.

Meanwhile, American forces have continued consolidating their gains.

FOB Barbatos has been fully established and now serves as the primary U.S. headquarters in Kujari.

Additionally, Pentastar Elite engineering teams have completed repairs to the former Dr. Jones Airfield. The facility has been redesignated as:

Area of Operation (AO):

We are to hold Lawan Aridi and establish defensive positions around the perimeter. There is a 25m buffer zone outside of the purple box, we will not leave the purple box.

Forces in Play:

OPFOR:
  • Kujari Defense Force (KDF)
  • United Nations Peacekeeping Force (UN)
  • Bundeswehr Forces (FDF)
Most Likely Course of Action:

We manage to hold the town well within the purple box while we wait for relief from Pentastar Elite and also keep the MCC alive the whole time

Most Deadly Course of Action:

The MCC is destroyed and we lose operational control of the region forcing us to fall back and abandon the town. If this is to happen we may lose control of the entire region possibly resulting in a failure of the campaign.

BLUFOR:
  • 17th Ranger Battalion
  • Pentastar Elite

Engagement Criteria:

Engage all enemy targets on sight. We will be defending the area and anyone could possibly be an enemy, including civilians. They are to be killed as well.

Mission:

Execution:

Alpha will fly to the AO and start setting up while Echo will drive in vehicles and fortify crates. Once these arrive, we will have 30 minutes to setup before the enemies will arrive. If you are not placing mines, concertina wire, or other traps, you are NOT to leave the purple box marked on map.

Objectives:
  1. Hold the town.
  2. Keep the Mobile Command Centre alive.
  3. Await relief from Pentastar Elite.
CONOP:
  • Phase 0:
    • Load in 15 minutes prior and kit up for briefing.
  • Phase 1: Briefing
    • Areas of importance to be marked on map and establishment of which squad will be holding where
  • Phase 3: Preparation
    • Alpha will fly out to the AO and get it ready
    • Echo will drive vehicles, resupply, and fortify crates out
  • Phase 4: Hold the town
    • The bulk of the operation is to be done in the town. We will be there the whole time. Expect to fall back and need to make secondary RPs. If we fall back to the centre of the town, the highest surviving element will call broken arrow to ensure the survival of the MCC. WE ARE TO PROTECT THE MCC AT ALL COSTS.
  • Phase 5: Relief from Pentastar Elite
    • Once relief arrives, we will wrap up all remaining targets then debrief.
  • Phase 6: RP/AAR
    • All units prepare for debrief.
