General Outline

  • Although we do not have an attendance requirement, we do require individuals to set their attendance for events or let us know if they are going to be gone for an extended period of time.

    We understand we are all people and this is a video game, which is why we have a "Real Life Comes First" policy. This means that if you have to take a break to deal with family issues, take a vacation, deal with work, or even come in late or leave early from an event, we will accommodate you. 

  • However, please make sure you are aware of the policies we do have regarding E/LOA and event signup,signup/no-shows.

    No Shows, and LOA's.

    If you are consistently missing consecutive events, not showing activity, and not letting us know you are going to be gone, you will be considered INACTIVE and removed from the community as INACTIVEcommunity. This is to help us not only scale our operations accordingly, but also allows us to honestly represent the number of members active in our community.
