Submiting an LOA
- Members should submit an appropriate LOA in full to help the administration team track and keep your your status within the community.
- Members gone for a few days don't require LOA
- Members who are going to be gone for 1-2 weeks should fill out an LOA
- Members gone for More than two weeks should fill out an ELOA

Maximum Length for LOAs:

Military Deployment:
- Members who are on Military Deployment may submit an ELOA and have it Valid for up to 1 Year before being subject to removal or a new / updated LOA must be submitted if deployment is extended.

Vacation:
- Family Trips and Vacations are valid for up to 1 Month (Accounts for international Long term Travel) where member may not be available.

Personal:
- Individuals who submit an LOA for Personal Reasons may be approved for up to 6 Months depending on the reason provided. If reason is Private and length requested may require leadership approval.

No Reason Provided / Reason Withheld:
- Members who submit an LOA and choose to withhold / not provide the reason within the LOA will be valid for up to 2 weeks and cannot be extended. Members may only submit 2 sequential LOA's with no reason provided for a total of 1 Month. If reason is Private / Personal nature then the member may reach out to Current Leadership Directly for LOA length override at their discretion for up to 1 year.

- All LOA's that expire may have a request to extend by 1 month prior to expiration.
