A "vote of no confidence" cannot happen within 30 days of a round table vote and newly voted leadership must be allowed the chance to lead, just because you didn’t get what you want doesn’t mean they’re bad. Give them a chance to settle into the position. A VONC may not occur more than once per campaign cycle (Typically a 9 week period including the mid campaign RASP). This is to limit run away consecutive calls by the community and to prevent leadership from having a free hand at the conclusion of a VONC with no possible repercussions for egregious behavior. Constant VONC calls cause massive internal instability but avenues of consequence must still exist.
Nobody gets to decide what a “valid reason” is, there is no position in the community who gets to say “no I’m in charge and I don’t allow this” the vote settles whether the reason is valid. The caller is simply required to state a reason. If, however, a reason is based on the testimony of others, they need to have filed a grievance themselves anonymously to be referenced or present their own testimony in person.
All votes must take place within 10 days of each step. The vote of no confidence must take place within 10 days of the call if the recipient chooses not to respond on the spot, the vote for interim leader must take place within 10 days of the successful vote of no confidence. You may not intentionally delay the vote, if it's called on a Friday, the following Sunday is not reasonable, if its called on a Wednesday, the following Sunday is reasonable. If this community has serious issues, deal with them.
The 17th Lead Admin must be advised prior to the call by the caller to allow ample preparation to monitor and advise on process at the time of calling. The admin team is required to keep this information privileged until the time of the call as they must be a nonbiased third party.
If the 17th Lead Admin is the subject of a VONC, the BCO is to be advised in this case only and will work with an admin team member who will be present for the process under the BCO's supervision. Once again this information is privileged until the time of the call.
