Intelligence gathered prior to the recent insurgent attack has identified several potential hideouts in the northwest of Anizay. These sites supported enemy movement and operations within ARA-controlled territory and are now priority targets for decommissioning. Intelligence has also flagged several high-value targets (HVTs) involved in the attacks. CIA teams and ARA forces are currently active in the region conducting independent operations.

The AO is within the highly populated and generally government aligned Northwestern Anizay. Expect high civilian presence and movement. Possibility of noncombatants on target. Armed individuals on target are to be immediately considered hostile.

The 17th is tasked with conducting a series of coordinated raids on multiple compounds across the region. Their objectives are to secure and search each site, collect any intelligence, and apprehend designated persons of interest. All compounds must be thoroughly examined for potential follow-on leads—this includes laptops, documents, and other devices found on site. Any recovered intelligence is to be immediately reported to command.

The 17th may use methods of their choosing to execute the raids. All recovered intelligence must be documented and relayed to command for post operation analysis. Any detained personnel are to be transported to the airfield for processing. Destruction of enemy assets is not a priority in this mission. Upon mission completion, all elements are to return to the airfield for debrief.
