Forukan for ACO

Hey there, it's ya boy. I don't have a lot to say here, other than I've got Hairy as my 2IC. The platform I'll be running on is as follows: 

  • More Echo utilization
    • Echo vehicles and elements have largely been doing their own things in op as of late, and while not inherently a bad thing, using Echo elements as QRF or force multipliers more often is the goal here
  • Bring back Blackfoot
    • This would either be in lieu of a second squad in low-body nights, or as a third element if we are able to put together enough people. 
  • Use Alpha vics such as humvees and similar to deploy/redeploy more often
    • This would include some dedicated trainings for vehicle convoys/soft dismounts/etc., to familiarize us more so in-op we can pull it off without a hitch.

After that, there can be more of a focus on responding to masscas and broken arrow situations, the type of stuff where the plan needs to go out the window and we need to think on our feet else we stop thinking altogether. 

All in all, I'm here running because I think shaking things up in Alpha could be good, either to bring back numbers out of interest in what I"m doing or just so people can get inspiration to continue once I'm done. While I haven't officially ran with Alpha yet, I do have both RS and the NCO course under my belt. I plan to make up for any lack of in-field knowledge I have by utilizing my 2IC Hairy where possible.
