Okami for BCO
- Most important by far. Keep it rolling and keep it enjoyable. I don't think any sweeping changes are needed. With recruitment back up an running we have had a great increase in numbers, so I'd like to retain those new recruits as best we can.
- Work with Training SGT and any SME's/appropriate volunteers to go through all the training documents and make them more clear, structured and complete. A few documents need changes or additions, some other may need reworks or simplification so everyone can understand an utilize them. I want people to be able to do what they want in operations in the right way with the right knowledge.
- Go through all the policies and check the contents. I want to make sure theyre all clear, concise and transparent. It was asked at an earlier command meeting to specifically be clearer on attendance policies as the current one is a little vague. So I'll take the opportunity to check all of them. Then I'll talk with the Disciplinary SGT to make sure our form and tracker are up to date since they currently follow an older system, making it confusing to report.
