Opord

Situation

Following intel received earlier in the week, we have a vague idea of the location of Norwegian forces. With the support of the German Division Schnelle Kräfte and the 9th Air Commando Group, we are to assault objectives along the coastline and build defensive FOBs that can be used for future deployments.

Area of Operation (AO):

Operation Fracture Bolt Episode 1 Map.webp

Operation AO, Drakovac

Forces in Play:

Opfor:

  • Norwegian Army
    • Not expecting our presence, but expect fierce counter-attacks.

Blufor:

  • 17th Ranger Battalion
  • Division Schnelle Kräfte
  • 9th Air Commando Group

Civilian Considerations:

  • Potentially civilians in towns and cities. Intel mentioned taking of prisoners in Pogana.

Engagement Criteria:

Enemy reinforcements deployed from the North for counter-attacks are repelled and FOBs are constructed successfully.

Enemy successfully repels the battalion and push forces out of Drakovac and proceed to take control the Baltic Sea.

Open fire on any armed individuals.

Mission:

Execution:

Perform naval insertion. Alpha pushes through objectives while Echo, using boats and air, supports and defends against enemy naval forces. Echo will prepare to airlift containers to OBJ Gelato and OBJ Granita to construct FOBs for defense and further deployment.

Objectives:

    1. OBJ Ice Cream
    • Clear through the city of Pogana and push North to locate and destroy weapon crates/shipments in the Baldarin Factories.
  1. OBJ Gelato
  • Clear the base at Veli Zal and construct our own FOB and defenses there for future deployment.
  • OBJ Sorbet
    • Search for and clear the enemy recon camps in the forest North of Veli Zal. Keep an eye out for any valuable intel.
  • OBJ Granita
    • Clear the base at Maslinik and construct our own FOB and defenses there for future deployment.

    • Phase III:

        • Be mindful of any civilians still in the cities. Do not engage unarmed individuals.
      • Find and destroy any and all weapon/ammo crates and containers.
      • Remount boats to transport across the bay to OBJ Gelato
    • Phase IV:

      • Recommend landing boats in or around Veli Zal Bay and pushing from the North East.

        • Go no further North than Osuru.
      • Proceed on foot to OBJ Granita.
        • Use boats if strapped for time.
