Canceling

  • Events that are “Canceled” should not be deleted or removed from the calendar.
  • Events that are “Canceled” should have the tag [Canceled] added to the start of the event name to clearly denote that the event is no longer taking place.
  • Events may have a comment placed in the event indicating why an event was canceled however this is not required and is just a courtesy to the potential attendees
