Rescheduling

  • Events that are “Rescheduled” should not be deleted or removed from the calendar.
  • Events that are “Rescheduled” should have the tag [Rescheduled] added to the start of the event name to clearly denote that the event is being moved to another date.
  • Events may have a comment placed in the event indicating why an event was rescheduled as well as a link to the new event date/time however this is not required and is just a courtesy to the potential attendees.
