OPERATION HEAVEN'S FALL
WARNO 03 – HOLD THE LINE
Date:
22 June 2026
Time:
0530 Local (Early Morning / Dawn)
Weather:
Light fog with overcast skies. Rain is possible throughout the operation as the rainy season begins across Kujari. Reduced visibility and muddy terrain should be expected.
Situation:
Several days have passed since the successful completion of Operation Breaking the Shield.
The 17th Ranger Battalion, supported by Pentastar Elite forces, achieved a major victory in northern Kujari. German air defense assets around Lawan Aridi were destroyed, and a German artillery position operating in the region was successfully located and neutralized.
These losses have severely degraded Bundeswehr capabilities in the region.
Following these setbacks, German forces have largely withdrawn toward the Northeastern Sector of Kujari, leaving local security operations primarily in the hands of the Kujari Defense Force and United Nations Peacekeeping contingents.
Meanwhile, American forces have continued consolidating their gains.
FOB Barbatos has been fully established and now serves as the primary U.S. headquarters in Kujari.
Additionally, Pentastar Elite engineering teams have completed repairs to the former Dr. Jones Airfield. The facility has been redesignated as:
MARAUDER FIELD
Marauder Field is now fully operational and available for unrestricted use by the 17th Ranger Battalion, significantly expanding American air capabilities across the region.
At the same time, UN Peacekeeping forces have fully deployed throughout Kujari, securing roads, towns, humanitarian aid corridors, and refugee centers.
Diplomacy has collapsed.
American forces are now in full-scale open combat with the Bundeswehr.
However, new intelligence indicates an even greater threat is imminent.
Pentastar intelligence specialists have intercepted enemy communications revealing preparations for a major counteroffensive aimed at reclaiming Lawan Aridi.
Until reinforcements arrive, the 17th Ranger Battalion has been ordered to hold the town at all costs.
Enemy Forces:
OPFOR:
Kujari Defense Force (KDF)
The KDF remains combat effective despite recent losses.
Expected enemy forces include:
Enemy armor remains present within the region.
United Nations Peacekeeping Forces
UN Peacekeeping forces maintain significant combat power throughout Kujari.
While officially neutral, intelligence suggests certain UN elements may support KDF operations or respond to large-scale engagements.
Expected capabilities include:
UN intervention should be considered possible.
Bundeswehr Forces
Most German forces have withdrawn to the Northeastern Sector following losses sustained during Operation Breaking the Shield.
However, isolated advisors, Air Assets, reconnaissance teams, and special operations personnel may still be present within the AO.
Enemy Air Threat
Enemy aviation assets operating from the northeastern airfield remain a possibility.
Expect:
Air superiority cannot be guaranteed.
Friendly Forces:
BLUFOR:
17th Ranger Battalion
Current defenders of Lawan Aridi.
Responsible for holding the town until relief arrives.
Elements include:
FOB Barbatos
Primary American logistics and command hub.
Provides:
Marauder Field
Forward operating airbase under Pentastar Elite control.
The 17th Ranger Battalion has full access to all facilities.
Provides:
Pentastar Elite
Pentastar forces remain active throughout the region.
However, the majority of their combat elements are currently repositioning and are unable to immediately reinforce Lawan Aridi.
Relief forces are en route.
Estimated arrival time is unknown.
Civilian Considerations:
None
Mission:
The 17th Ranger Battalion will defend Lawan Aridi against a major KDF and UN counteroffensive.
Battalion forces are to maintain control of the town and prevent enemy recapture until Pentastar Elite reinforcements arrive.
Additionally, the battalion's Mobile Command Center (MCC) must survive the operation.
Lawan Aridi will be held at all costs.
Execution:
Phase I – Prepare the Defense
Phase II – Repel Enemy Assaults
Phase III – Hold Until Reinforced
Commander's Intent
The Opening Gambit gave us a foothold.
Breaking the Shield gave us the skies.
Now the enemy comes to take it all back.
Hold the town.
Protect the MCC.
Survive until relief arrives.
Failure is not an option.
Mission AO & Relevant Imagery:
Operational Overview
Lawan Aridi now serves as the northern anchor of American operations in Kujari.
Enemy forces are expected to attack from multiple directions utilizing mechanized forces, infantry assaults, and indirect fire.
The defense of the town will determine whether Operation Heaven's Fall continues north—or collapses entirely.

Key Terrain
Strategic Importance
Loss of Lawan Aridi would threaten:
Objectives:
🟥 Defend Lawan Aridi
🟧 Repel KDF and UN Counterattacks
🟨 Destroy Enemy Armor
🟩 Hold Until Pentastar Elite Reinforcements Arrive
⬛ Protect the Mobile Command Center (MCC)
Destruction of the MCC constitutes mission failure.
Available Assets:
Ground:
Naval:
Air:
Changes or additional assets can be requested by command.
End State
By mission completion, Lawan Aridi remains under American control, the MCC remains operational, and Pentastar Elite reinforcements have secured the area.
Should Lawan Aridi fall, the northern offensive stalls.
Should the MCC be destroyed, command and control across the Kujari theater may collapse.
Hold the line. The future of Heaven's Fall depends on it.
