OPERATION HEAVEN'S FALL

WARNO 05 – SPEARHEAD

Date:
26 June 2026

Time:
0530 Local (Dawn)

Weather:
Clear skies with excellent visibility. Cool morning temperatures and optimal operating conditions are expected throughout the mission.

Situation

Operation No Safe Haven concluded with another decisive victory for the 17th Ranger Battalion and Pentastar Elite.

The remaining organized elements of the Kujari Defense Force have been neutralized, forcing surviving military and government personnel to abandon Kujari and retreat into neighboring Niakala.

During pursuit operations, American forces crossed the international border, marking the first expansion of Operation Heaven's Fall beyond Kujari.

Pentastar reconnaissance has confirmed that enemy forces are rapidly establishing defensive positions throughout southern Niakala in an attempt to halt further American advances.

German expeditionary forces have assumed responsibility for defending the region, establishing a network of fortified outposts, observation posts, and mechanized blocking positions along the primary avenues of advance.

American High Command has authorized continued offensive operations.

The next objective is to establish a permanent foothold inside Niakala.

Enemy Forces

OPFOR

Bundeswehr Expeditionary Forces

German forces have established layered defensive positions throughout southern Niakala.

Expect:

  • Mechanized infantry.
  • Motorized patrols.
  • Fortified outposts.
  • Observation posts.
  • Anti-armor positions.
  • Quick Reaction Forces.

Enemy resistance is expected to increase as friendly forces advance north.

United Nations Peacekeeping Forces

UN forces remain active throughout the region and continue supporting humanitarian operations and logistical movements.

UN patrols and checkpoints may be encountered near populated areas.

Enemy Indirect Fire

Enemy artillery assets remain operational deeper inside Niakala.

Command warns against advancing too far east, where friendly forces may enter known enemy indirect fire engagement areas.

Friendly Forces

BLUFOR

17th Ranger Battalion

Tasked with leading the invasion of southern Niakala and securing terrain for future operations.

Alpha Company

Primary assault element.

Responsible for locating, clearing, and securing enemy defensive positions during the advance.

Echo Company

Mechanized support element.

Responsible for providing armored fire support, mobility, and security throughout the operation.

Pentastar Elite

Supporting reconnaissance operations and intelligence gathering throughout the AO.

Civilian Considerations

Civilian settlements remain present throughout the AO.

Enemy military forces are expected to occupy numerous villages and defensive positions.

Positive identification remains essential before engaging suspected military targets.

Mission

The 17th Ranger Battalion will breach into southern Niakala and conduct a coordinated advance north to seize the Sharecroppers Settlement.

Once secured, engineers will establish a new Forward Operating Base to support continued offensive operations deeper into Niakala.

Execution

Phase I – Border Breach

Cross the Niakalan border and establish a secure foothold.

Destroy enemy screening forces and secure primary routes of advance.

Phase II – Advance North

Conduct a deliberate advance toward the Sharecroppers Settlement.

Destroy enemy outposts encountered along the route.

Maintain unit cohesion throughout the advance.

Phase III – Secure Objective

Clear the Sharecroppers Settlement.

Establish defensive positions.

Prepare the area for construction of a permanent Forward Operating Base.

Commander's Intent

Kujari has fallen.

Now the war moves beyond its borders.

The enemy believes Niakala will stop our advance.

They have prepared defensive lines.

They have fortified outposts.

They expect us to hesitate.

We will not.

Break their line.

Seize the Sharecroppers Settlement.

Establish our foothold.

The road north begins today.

Command Recommendations

Alpha Company

  • Deploy a dedicated UAV Operator.
  • Utilize drone reconnaissance to identify enemy outposts and defensive positions before the battalion advances.
  • Provide real-time intelligence to maneuver elements.

Alpha & Echo Coordination

When advancing through the wilderness of Niakala:

  • Alpha Company is to remain within supporting distance of Echo Company's mechanized assets.
  • Mutual support between infantry and armor is essential.
  • Avoid overextending individual elements.
  • Maintain communication throughout the advance.

Operational Warning

Command advises all units not to advance excessively east of the planned route.

Enemy indirect fire assets are assessed to be operating within that sector and may rapidly engage friendly forces entering their engagement area.
