Pre-conflict border
Situation:
Following failed attempts to peacefully remove Loyalist politicians from power, Ultranationalists have violated a long-standing cease-fire and conducted a massive incursion into Loyalist lines. Ultranationalists have seized territory in the Southern region but have stalled in the Northern and Central regions. Government Loyalists have elected to dig in and fight a battle of attrition until NATO allies arrive.
Despite the ongoing conflict, Russian cargo ships continue to enter ports in Eastern Yulakia. They are protected by Naval ships and aircraft.
In keeping with security promises, NATO has deployed a naval expeditionary force led by the Charles de Gaulle to aid Loyalists in retaking ground. As the ceasefire was violated by Ultranationalists, the NATO coalition will assist Loyalist forces in breaching into Ultranationalist territory and dismantling Ultranationalist leadership.
The invasion force will be composed of the following elements:
U.S. Armed Forces
- 17th Ranger Battalion
- 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit
- Supporting elements
- 2nd Tactical Aviation Wing
- 25th Air Cavalry Brigade

- 2nd Marine Infantry Parachute Regiment (2e RPIMa)
- 21st Marine Infantry Regiment (21e RIMa)
- Embarked Air Group
