Opord
Situation
Ultranationalists have launched a major anti-shipping attack against the coalition carrier group. The attack was carried out using old AGM-84 and KH-22 Air-launched missiles combined with land-based DF-21A missiles. The 17th has been tasked with rapidly deploying to suspected launch sites and destroying as many DF-21A platforms as possible. After this has been completed, destruction of the port near Komatin has been given the highest priority.

Mission:
Execution:
The 17th will be responding to the anti-ship missile threat poised against the Coalition Fleet and the the source of those systems. We are acting as a QRF to destroy the platforms before they can cause any more damage. This will require a near simultaneous strike on all launchers to prevent warning being sent in response to our attack and the launchers firing their missiles. The consequences of any missiles fired will be felt and we can fail if too many hit the fleet. Alpha and Echo will conduct a fast, hard hitting attack on these launchers and then take the port Yulakian Ultranationalists are receiving these systems. If possible we are also to eliminate remaining enemy garrisons in the immediate area.
Objectives:
- OBJ COMET
- Destroy launchers near Lake Larimara and on nearby island.
- OBJ METEOR
- Destroy launchers on 2 isolated islands
- OBJ NOVA
- Destroy launchers SE of Komatin
- OBJ ECLIPSE
- Seize port E of Komatin documenting any and all enemy supplies, then destroying all but Western style assets
- NO FIRING ON ANY RUSSIAN PERSONNEL
- OBJ ASTEROID
- Infantry assaults if feasible.
- Airstrikes if heavily defended or no time
- Eliminate enemy remnants of the A-1/5 and B-1/5 either by assault or airstrike
- Air Assault into COMET and NOVA
- Coordinate strikes for Echo to destroy METEOR and mop up if necessary
- Pathfinder tasking if present
- Deploy via submersible
- Locate and recon for either assault or strikes on ASTEROID
- Pathfinder tasking if present
- Ground assault and hold ECLIPSE until equipment is documented and then destroyed
- Utilize AIR and GROUND assets to support Alpha
- Destroy METEOR
- Via air provide logistics, ISR, CAS, and CAP
- All fire standard missions shall be passed through JTAC to Alpha CO for approval while pilots must advise on free fire runs they undertake per these ROE for situational awareness
- Free fire on MBTs within 600 m of Alpha
- Free Fire on BMPs, BTRs within 400 m of Alpha with precise munitions
- Air assault services
- Free Fire ROE

- Time permitting
-
Phase V: OBJ ECLIPSE
- NOTE: This OBJ will be planned as a ground assault due to proximity of the port to Blagoy where we are deploying from and the possible need for direct fire on entrenched positions/create a blocking force to any QRF. ISR will determine enemy strength and inform on our strategy or if air assault will be used instead. Prior to movement All elements will rearm, reconstitute if necessary, and prepare to move out. 5-10 minutes step off from the return of the last Savage element to base from Phase 3 (4 if infantry mop up needed and time permitting)
