Time: 1300 ZULU
Weather: Mostly Cloudy
Situation:
The Situation on Altis is reaching a critical juncture. Our assaults on major supply and staging positions has put serious pressure on the enemy. While this works in our favor in a conventional sense, it has also put the enemy under severe pressure, making them desperate and advancing their timeline. We have managed to use asset intel recovered from several HVTs, and it has confirmed our worst fears of the BNAs next course of action. They have been attempting to convert several older model nuclear warheads for use in the ICBM launch platforms, and are currently in the process of recovering enough fuel for the missiles to achieve launch capability. The Russians have gone silent, but we expect they will be making a play to recover the launchers and their payloads.
The AAF is currently expected to be hostile or non-cooperative with NATO forces due to recent actions, and their disposition is unknown at this time. We have observed a major offensive on the capital city of Kavala, and intelligence suggests it is a delaying action to buy time for them to seize enough fuel to bring the launchers into play. Two critical sites have been identified as likely staging areas for at least two launchers. BNA forces will be fully committed to protecting these assets, and may attempt to relocate if they are pressured. It is Mission critical that we seize these assets here and now, or we may be staring down the barrel of a general nuclear exchange.
