Situation

Welcome to Al Rayak, rangers. Marines are currently engaged with Turkish forces throughout the region, and we have reports that CSAT forces are inbound to reinforce them. Currently, Marine forces have created a gap in the Turkish line near the city of Al Safyrah, but it won't last forever. If we can push through this gap and seize the nearby airfield, we will gain a much needed foothold for future operations throughout the region. Failure to do so will allow CSAT forces to gain a substantial foothold over the area and greatly threaten friendly forces in the region. Additionally, due to the heavy presence of AA, all fixed wing assets are grounded until we can take them out, and rotary assets are to be used sparingly.

Mission:

Move through the town of Al Safyrah, clearing OBJs of enemy presence, then capture the nearby airfield.

Objectives:

1. Alpha
   1. Convoy from base to the city of Al Safyrah. Transportation will be provided by Echo via Bradleys, Ken will be convoy lead. Any overflow will be placed in Polaris DAGORs.
   2. Starting from OBJ Tampa, move NE through the city to OBJ Denver, then swing south to OBJ Tacoma.
   3. Once OBJ Tacoma has been cleared, assault and capture the nearby airfield.
   Echo
   1. Provide transportation and support for alpha via Bradleys and a medical M113.
   2. JIPs will be handled by a single rotary asset. Be aware of enemy AA.
   RRC
   1. Move to the designated minefield locations via quad bikes and plant mines.

Nonverbal Coordination:

• Green: This is used to mark friendly positions on the field.
• Blue: Marking suitable locations for Landing Zones.
• Red: This is used for marking enemy positions for all units to reference.
• Yellow: This is used to inform friendly forces that Immediate medical support is needed.
• Purple: This color represents a friendly position with enemy units danger close, Anyone outside of 100 meters away from the smoke should be assumed hostile.
• Orange: This tells anyone in the air that a friendly unit is in desperate need of resupply.
